1) Automated one-to-two changeover: The one-to-two quick-change device is introduced to realize automatic switching of workpieces, which is automatically completed by the robot without manual intervention, improving production efficiency and reducing labor costs.
2) Fully automatic nut and bolt welding: The robot grabs the workpiece to the welding machine and cooperates with the nut conveyor to realize the fully automated nut and bolt welding process. Such an automated system greatly reduces the production cycle and improves the consistency and accuracy of welding.
3) Quality monitoring system: Equipped with a quality monitoring system and a nut detector to monitor the displacement, pressure, penetration and other parameters of the welding process in real time. This helps to prevent quality problems such as missing, wrong and false welding of nuts, ensures that the welding quality reaches standards, prevents the flow of unqualified products, and thus avoids potential quality accidents.
4) Laser marking and data transmission: A laser marking machine is introduced, and the robot automatically brings the workpiece to the marking area to realize automatic coding of welded products. At the same time, welding parameters and related data are associated with barcodes and automatically transmitted to the factory EMS system. This helps to establish an efficient information management system and improve the traceability of production data.
5) Customized welding workstation: This workstation is developed according to customer requirements, so it has strong customization capabilities and can meet specific welding needs. This customized design helps improve the fit between equipment and actual production and improves the efficiency of the overall production line.
