Product Introduction

1. The pressure system, motor movement and rotation are all controlled by servo motor to realize automatic mobile welding;
2, the use of intermediate frequency inverter DC welding power supply, inverter frequency 1000Hz, high control accuracy, stable current;
3, horizontal and transverse clamping welding head, convenient motor terminal welding;
4, the pressure system includes pressure sensor and balance mechanism, can adapt to the terminal offset welding, to ensure the consistency of welding;
5. Additional quality monitoring system to realize quality monitoring and traceability.
